Pakistan earns trillions of rupees thanks to the defense industry

Iraq also decided to buy JF-17 Thunder aircraft from Pakistan

Lahore - Iraq also decided to buy JF-17 Thunder aircraft from Pakistan. According to a report published in an English newspaper, Pakistan has achieved another great success in its defense industry in just a few days. According to the report, Iraq has also decided to purchase JF-17 Thunder fighter jets from Pakistan. Iraq is the first Arab Islamic country to purchase fighter jets from Pakistan.

It has been reported that Iraq had long ago expressed interest in purchasing JF-17 Thunder Block 3 fighter jets jointly developed by Pakistan and China, and now serious progress has been made in this regard. A delegation from the Iraqi Ministry of Defense recently visited Pakistan, during which a defense agreement on the purchase of JF-17 Thunder fighter jets was reached.

According to sources, Iraq will also buy 12 JF-17 Thunder fighter jets from Pakistan for more than کروڑ 600 million. Thus, thanks to the defense industry, Pakistan has gained trillions of rupees. According to sources, the sale of warplanes to Argentina and Iraq is likely to earn Pakistan Rs 2 trillion in foreign exchange. Earlier, Argentina had also allocated funds for the purchase of JF-17 Thunder aircraft from Pakistan.

Argentina will purchase a total of 12 Block 3 JF-17 Thunder fighter jets from Pakistan, for which the Argentine government has allocated more than 66 660 million. The procurement process will formally begin after the Argentine parliament approves the decision to purchase the aircraft. This development is being hailed by defense experts as a major achievement for Pakistan's defense industry.

Earlier, in May this year, Pakistan formally handed over 03 JF-17 Thunder aircraft to the Nigerian Air Force. Regarding the JF-17 Thunder fighter jet deal between Pakistan and Argentina, sources said that it is an extraordinary deal. Argentina has reportedly turned down offers from several countries to supply its fighter jets. Some other countries, including the United States, Russia, and India, also offered to supply their fighter jets, but Argentina decided to buy JF-17 Thunder fighter jets manufactured by Pakistan and China.
